Pearl

Pearl is a 6 year old chi/rat terrier mix with a big personality.  She came to us Heartworm positive.  She has completed her treatment and is doing very well.  She was very thin and missing some fur on her back, since she’s arrived she’s gained her weight back and her fur as well.  Pearl can be very bossy with her roommates, and wants all of your attention.  She has since made friends with her roomie Ermie, but still protects her food. We can only imagine she didn’t get the food she needed before she came to us, or wasn’t trained well..  One on one she is super sweet and loving, loves to sit on your lap while your working.  She would do best in a home where she would be the only pup in your life, with a fenced in yard so she can lounge in the sun
